ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Customer Experience Specialist with the Kathy Kilo Peterson State Farm Agency you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforces agency growth and exceptional work atmosphere. A positive caring upbeat attitude is a top priority to work with our team. The two primary responsibilities are serving as our In-house claim liaison and new customer on-boarding specialist. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with our Corporate teammates as well as agency team members.

- Manage customer claim inquiries and guide them through the process
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
- Assist with customer retention strategies.
- Onboard new customers by welcoming them and explaining key benefits
QUALIFICATIONS
- Empathy, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in customer service preferred.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
Compensation $35,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
